 Dr. David R. Reagan serves as the Senior Evangelist for Lamb & Lion Ministries. He is a native Texan who resides in a suburb of Dallas. He is married and is the father of two daughters. His wife, Ann, is a first grade teacher. They have four grandchildren.

Kay Bien
 Kay Bien is the ministry's Executive Secretary. She takes care of all secretarial responsibilities and also is the person who processes most phone calls. She and her husband, Lee, have one son and two daughters. They also have five grandchildren. The Biens attend Cornerstone Baptist Church.

Gary Byers
 Gary Byers is the ministry's senior staff member. He joined the staff in 1983. Gary serves as Administrative Minister for Income, and in that capacity he oversees all the ministry's donation records. Gary is a gifted Bible teacher and counselor. He spends most of his spare time working with teens at Fellowship Bible Church in McKinney, Texas.

George Collich, Jr.
 George Collich, Jr. is the Administrative Minister for Expenses. In this capacity he oversees all the expenditures of the ministry. George and his wife Sandy are active members of Oak Cliff Presbyterian Church in Dallas, Texas.

Trey Collich
 Trey Collich, son of George Collich, serves as Media Assistant. He assists the media crew with the production and editing of video and television programs. Trey has made several trips to Israel for video shoots as the primary camera operator. Trey is an ordained minister with a real heart for the Lord. He has a special interest in video animation. He is active in many of the youth activities at Grace Outreach Center in Plano, Texas.

Don Gordoni
 Don Gordoni is the ministry's Media Minister. Don is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. He served as assistant media director at First Baptist Church in Wichita Falls, Texas before coming to Lamb & Lion. Don and his wife Lori have nine children. Needless to say, Don spends most of his spare time looking after the needs of his large family.

Cathie Grubb
 Cathie Grubb is the ministry's Mail Room Supervisor. She handles a great variety of tasks in the mail room and also helps to cover the phones. Cathie and her husband, John, have one son. They are members of Faith Baptist Church in Princeton, Texas.

Leo and Rachel Houck
 Leo is the ministry's Director of Operations, responsible for running the mail processing room which responds to all requests for books, magazines and other resources. Rachel serves in the ministry's mail room. Leo and Rachel Houck are also the caretakers of the ministry's property, living on-site. The Houcks have one son and one daughter. They are active members of New Hope Christian Church in Wylie, Texas.

Nathan E. Jones
 Nathan E. Jones serves as Web Minister, reaching out to the 1 billion plus people accessible over the Internet with the message of Jesus Christ. Nathan and his wife Heather met at Philadelphia Biblical University and now have 3 little ones. An ordained minister, Nathan is furthering his studies at seminary.

Anna Watts
 Anna Watts, daughter of Larry Watts, serves in the Media Ministry. Anna transcribes our programs and creates all the close-captioning. Anna is a sophomore at Collin College, pursuing a degree in the field of Communications. She is active in her church, McKinney Fellowship Bible Church, where she teaches second grade boys. Her interests include music, photography, travel and video production.

Larry Watts
 Larry Watts serves as Associate Media Minister, assisting Don with all aspects of video and television production. Larry has a degree in Architecture from Clemson University and a Master of Divinity degree from Talbot Theological Seminary. Larry enjoys nature photography and backpacking. Larry and his wife Cheri have four children, one boy and three girls. The Watts family attends McKinney Fellowship Bible Church where Larry is a Life-Group leader and fifth grade Sunday School teacher.
